Are your stylists students in training?
No, all of our stylists at Riudi Salon are fully licensed professionals. While we do have a rigorous training program that lasts an average of 10 months, it is designed for already licensed stylists to master our specific techniques and uphold our high standards. The program ensures that every stylist delivers the exceptional quality and experience that defines Riudi Salon. You may see our stylists working with mannequins as part of their ongoing refinement, but rest assured, they are experienced professionals perfecting their craft to maintain our consistent quality.
Is a deposit required?
We do not require a deposit. We are built on trust and building sincere, long-lasting relationships with our customers. Although we have appointment confirmation policies, we do not require a deposit because we trust you.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we do offer gift cards for all of our services. It’s the perfect gift for any occasion.
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can change or cancel your appointment whenever you want, however we ask that you do so 48 hours in advance so as not to affect the stylist’s productivity and give another guest the option of time.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the result?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. If you are not completely happy with the result, we promise to adjust it until you are.

Do extensions damage hair?
No, extension techniques are designed not to damage hair. Damage occurs from poor application or removal or maintenance. At Riudi Salon, we are very rigorous in the technical training and awareness of our stylists as well as educating you to take the best care of your hair.
Does blonde damage hair?
No, no high-end chemical is designed to damage hair. What can damage it is a bad application. That’s why at Riudi Salon we are extremely careful in the education and training of our stylists. The care and knowledge of our professionals ensures incredible results.

Riudi Salon was born from a simple yet powerful story: the story of serving with heart.
Back in 1999, in a small town in Cuba, Riudi never imagined that his passion would one day become one of Miami’s most admired beauty brands.
His only goal at that time was simple but meaningful: to create a “wow” effect for every client—one person at a time.
